ERIN WILLIAMSON OF HGREG.COM IS NAMED HONOREE OF THE INAUGURAL WOMEN AT THE WHEEL 2021 PROGRAM – A TRIBUTE TO WOMEN MAKING A DIFFERENCE IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY

HGreg.com, the automobile disruptor driven to help people save more, drive happy, announces that Erin Williamson, national director of marketing, has been recognized as part of the inaugural class of Women at the Wheel honorees by AutoSuccess and Babcox Media. The recognition program featuring 19 inspirational recipients was conceived as a tribute to women who are making a difference in the automotive industry.

“I’m honored to be recognized alongside incredible women who have done so much for our industry,” says Erin Williamson, who joined HGreg.com in November 2018. “With the support of visionary leaders and caring colleagues, we’ve been able to overcome the obstacles we’ve faced early in our careers. Today, there are countless women contributing in almost every aspect of our industry and I’m just delighted to be a part of this group. I wish to recognize each and every one of them.”

As national director of marketing at HGreg.com, Erin oversees the company’s marketing and communications efforts and plays an important role in the brand’s expansion plans. During a career that has spanned 20 years, she has leveraged her skills in graphic design, communications and interpersonal relations to earn leadership roles at the marketing and leadership tables.

“We are fortunate to be able to count on Erin’s passion, knowledge and expertise,” says Harry Kasparian, chief marketing officer at HGreg.com. “What’s truly remarkable with Erin is that she’s deeply passionate about helping others develop. We are grateful for her many contributions but perhaps most especially the way in which she thinks about helping others to grow.”

The Women at the Wheel Award program recognizes women who are game changers in their field — sparking change and driving results. The honorees appear in a special section of the magazine’s June 2021 issue as well as online at AutoSuccessOnline.com.

“We opened nominations just a few months ago and received incredible submissions,” says Susan Givens, publisher of AutoSuccess. “The glowing reviews from the nominators made it difficult to choose among them. Congratulations to Erin and the other honorees. We look forward to watching your continued contributions to our industry.”

Apart from productivity at work, Erin believes in giving back to the community. Over the course of her career, Erin has had the pleasure of donating resources and time to Boys & Girls Clubs of America, youth sports groups, school boards and hosting events for the Special Olympics. Erin believes it is important to advocate for both men and woman. When hiring, she likes to discover what her potential employees are passionate about, how they enjoy their life outside of work and what activities they enjoy doing at work, so that she can help them grow and mentor them throughout their time together.
