The company’s latest digital campaign featured an invitation allowing customers to visit its website to create and order their made-to-measure – bespoke – car of their dreams. Using Artificial Intelligence and a short series of questions, the system swiftly generated a rendition of the customer’s perfect car, which was then presented for purchase – along with confirmation of the prank.

Launched on the morning of April 1st, more than 10 000 cars were generated on the platform in the first day, with more users still creating new cars daily. HGreg recorded a 300% traffic increase to its website that day. The campaign was viewed by more than 1.5 million people on HGreg’s social media platforms and included the participation of various influencers.
