    This marks the first time that shuns Black Friday in favor of Cyber Monday.

    “We want to incentivize and reward our online visitors,” says John Hairabedian,’s president and CEO. “More than 90 per cent of our customers who purchase a vehicle from us visit our website before coming into the dealership. Some don’t even come in at all and solely make a purchase online. We believe that our technology makes this car buying process seamless for them, and we’re happy to be offering them an incentive.”

Customers are able to chat with a representative, ask questions and browse with confidence without having to divulge their credit card number or any other personal information.

    While the company sees its sales growth coming from the online world, it still plans to open brick and mortar stores across North America. Its business model is on trend with other retail industries: outlets with a smaller footprint, but supported by a fulfillment center and a top-notch online shopping experience. plans to open two additional dealerships in South Florida in the coming months.
