The F&I Delivery Specialist will support our busy Finance departments by assisting with customer service and handling administrative duties including but not limited to:
- Complete Deal checklists for deals including sign off approval, remediate with F&I Manager all missing items
- Verify all incentives are correct, check for new programs
- Prepare daily deal flow report.
- Ensure down payment has been receipted as detailed in deal.
- Break down deal; submit funding package to the banks. Maximize Fax Funding where available. Update status in CDK to show “Sent to Bank”
- Organize all documents in order of the checklist
- File physical deal documents in Deal Jacket kept at the store.
- Remediate any issues with banks on missing, incomplete, incorrect documents with assistance from F&I managers.
- Remediate any deal-related issues from accounting
- Process UPS Shipments of all funding packages.
- File Receipts of Deal proceeds in Deal Jackets
- File Car Deals after funding and title/registration has been confirmed.
- Support finance managers during and after the sale with focus on the customer product experience
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Great and outgoing personality!!!
- Active Listening – give full attention to the words and body language of others, take time to understand the points being made and ask questions as appropriate
- Critical Thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Time Management – ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time
- At least two years previous experience working in an automotive retail setting
- Experience working in product specialist role
