The ideal candidate will be a bright, motivated, professional, detail oriented, organized, and hard-working individual, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and at least one year of prior experience as a greeter, preferably at an automotive dealership.

**Please note. You must have prior experience working in an automotive dealership accounting office, please ONLY APPLY IF you have experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phone.
• Answer questions customers may have.
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints with integrity and direct customer complaints to the Customer Service Manager.
• Be the first and last impression of the dealership!
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual in English & Spanish is required.
• Friendly and customer service focused!
• Willing to take a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside.
